The service

Diavazo (getdiavazo.com) lets you track and share your reading. By using it you accept these terms. The service is free and supported by advertising.

Your account

You must be at least 14. Keep your password safe: you are responsible for what happens with your account. You can delete it at any time in Settings.

What you post

Margin notes, reviews and quotes stay yours. By posting them you allow us to show them to other users within Diavazo, according to the visibility you choose, until you delete them.

Quotes must be short excerpts naming the book: do not post whole chapters or protected texts.

Do not post offensive, illegal or spam content, or spoilers outside margin notes. We may hide or remove content that breaks these rules and suspend accounts that do so repeatedly.

Book data

Book information and covers come from Open Library, Google Books and Wikidata and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Covers belong to their publishers. For rights requests write to support@getdiavazo.com.

Liability

We do our best to keep Diavazo working well, but the service is provided “as is”, without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; we will tell you in the app if the changes are significant. Italian law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
